Baobab Bottlers (U) Kenya Limited is named after the famous African giant, the Baobab tree. Found in some arid and semi-arid regions of Africa, the Baobab tree has adapted remarkably to extreme environments and produces a nutrient-rich fruit. Its incredible resilience and ability to thrive in challenging conditions inspired us to adopt its name.

Although Baobab Bottlers is a relatively new company, our team comprises dedicated professionals with over 25 years of experience producing high-quality alcoholic beverages across seven countries and three continents. Our manufacturing facility is located in Kampala, Uganda. We began production in 2022, and have gradually established a reputation as a manufacturer of premium alcoholic beverages.

We source our extra-neutral alcohol from East Africa’s leading ethanol producer, known for its unparalleled quality. The ethanol is derived from cane grown along the banks of the mighty River Nile, nourished by the fertile soil of the Pearl of Africa, resulting in a product of unmatched excellence.
